# A software team in Dhaka that answers email

Language: en

Online IT BD is a software team in Dhaka. We build websites, software, apps and automation for small business, shops, schools, clinics and NGOs, and we stay after launch.

## What we do

Our work falls into four parts. One, websites and online shops for business. Two, software for orders, accounts or records. Three, mobile apps. Four, automation that does repeated work by itself. What you need is decided by your work, not by our packages.

## How we work

- 01 Talk: You write what you need by email. We ask questions so the work is clear. Then we send a plain proposal and a quote in Taka.
- 02 Plan: Scope, timeline and what happens at each step go on one page. Work starts after you approve.
- 03 Build: Weekly updates and early previews, so nothing is a surprise. Payment follows milestones, by bKash or bank.
- 04 Launch and care: We launch, show your team, and hand over code and accounts. Then we stay for fixes and updates.

## What we believe

- Plain words: No jargon in our proposals, our invoices or our documentation. If you cannot understand it, we have not finished explaining.
- Local first, open to the world: Built for Bangladeshi businesses, with the same care for clients abroad. Taka and bKash at home, fair rates everywhere.
- Keeping it running is the job: A launch is a promise. We stay on for updates, fixes and the next version.
- The work, not the name: We put the process in front, not a person's name. If you want to know who is doing the work, ask by email.

## The team

We do not put names or photos of people on this site. The person who replies to your email is part of the work. A project brings design, development, content and support together. If you want to know who is doing which part, ask by email.

## Where we are

We work from Dhaka. Most clients talk to us by email, and we use a video call when needed. If you want to meet, it is best to agree a time by email first.
