Online IT BD writing is produced by the Online IT BD Team, and another member of the team reads it before it is published. This page explains what we write, what we do not write, how prices are shown, and how we correct a mistake.

## Who writes and who checks

Every piece is written by the Online IT BD Team, and another member of the team reads the whole piece before it is published. No piece carries a person's name. The responsibility sits with the team.

The person who does the work checks their own part first, and then another person reads it one last time.

## What we write and what we do not

We write about work a small business can really do: websites, WordPress, online orders, automation, and software for a team.

We do not write these things:

- Praise for something we have not used or tested ourselves.
- Invented clients, invented numbers or invented results.
- Claims such as best, number one, or guaranteed success.
- Blame or belittling of anyone, named or unnamed.

## How we check facts

We use three sources: the tool or service's own documentation, our own hands on test, and, when needed, a direct conversation with the company that provides the service. Where a piece shows a price or a time, it says whether that is a placeholder. No guess is written as a fact.

## Prices and placeholder prices

Where a price is shown, one line is always present: the price is a placeholder and is confirmed by email. A placeholder price means it is not final. The price changes when the scope of work changes.

We do not invent a discount, an offer, or a special price for today, because those are claims without proof.

## Dates and updates

Every piece shows the date it was published and the date it was last updated. When a piece changes in a meaningful way, the update date changes. Old pieces are not quietly deleted. When needed, a note says the piece is out of date.

## Use of AI tools

We may use helper tools to arrange a draft. No piece is published without a check. A member of the team reads the whole piece, compares the facts, and then publishes. A mistake that is found is corrected.

## How we correct a mistake

If you see a mistake, email onlineitbd.com@gmail.com with the subject Correction, page link. We check the facts. If the piece is wrong, we fix it and change the update date. A short note under the piece may say what changed. No mistake is quietly hidden.

## Ads, sponsors and paid reviews

No company can pay for a review, a ranking or praise. If a sponsored piece appears in future, the page will say so clearly at the top. There are no paid reviews on this site.

## Your data

A customer's name, phone or order data is not published without permission. When we make an example from an email, names and identifying details are removed.

## Contact

For a question about writing, a correction, or permission, email onlineitbd.com@gmail.com.

## Common questions

### Who approves a piece?

Another member of the team reads every piece before publication. Approval is a team process, not one person's decision.

### Can a company buy a review?

No. Praise, a ranking or a best label cannot be bought with money. If something is sponsored, the page says so clearly.

### What do I do if I find a mistake?

Email the page link and the part that is wrong. We check it, fix it if needed, and change the update date.
