Common questions
Do I have to install the SaaS tool on my computer?
No. Open a browser and log in, and the tool runs. There is no install and no server of your own. With internet you can work from a phone or a computer. We update the server, so you do nothing on your side.
Where is my data, and can someone else see it?
Data sits on our hosting server. Nobody outside your team can see it without a login. Who can see which part is decided when the logins are made. You can also download the data as a sheet or file and keep it.
What happens to my data if I stop using the tool?
The steps to download your data before closing are written in the agreement, along with how long it is kept. We help with the download if you want, so you do not have to guess later.
Is support available in Bangla?
Yes. Write in Bangla or English, whichever is easier. When support is available and what it covers is written in the quote, so you do not have to guess later.
How is the price set?
The price depends on the package, how many people will use it, and which features you need. The table below shows placeholder prices. Write what you need and we send a fixed quote in Taka.
SaaS or custom software, which one?
If your work follows common rules, a SaaS tool usually starts faster and costs less. If the rules are very unusual or you need a deep link to another system, custom work fits better. We write the benefits and limits of both, and you decide.
