What to write in the subject

What to write in the subject
What you are writing aboutSample subject
A new projectNew project, shop website
A quoteQuote request, custom software
A product orderOrder inquiry, SaaS Starter
SupportSupport, website
A correctionCorrection, page link

Product orders keep the subject in English so all orders land together in the inbox. Everything else can be in Bangla or English.

What not to send in the first email

  • Passwords or OTP codes
  • Card or bank secret numbers
  • Photos of a national ID or passport
  • Personal data about your customers

If access is needed after work starts, we explain a safe route separately.

Which language to use

Bangla or English, whichever is easier. The reply comes in the same language.

Why email only

Email keeps everything written. What you asked for, what you sent, and the price you agreed can all be checked later. For a small team this is the clearest path, so email replaces phone and WhatsApp.

Questions people ask

How soon will I get a reply?

We read every email and answer in order. This page makes no promise of a fixed time because the team is small and the workload changes. If something is urgent, say so in the subject line.

Can I talk by phone or WhatsApp?

There is no phone or WhatsApp for contact at the moment. Every question by email keeps a written record and reduces misunderstanding. When a call is needed, a video call time is agreed by email.

Can I visit the office?

We work from Dhaka. If you want to meet, agree a time by email first so the right people are present.

How much detail should the email have?

Enough to make your work clear. Photos, links, a description of the current process and a budget idea all help us send a faster and more accurate quote.
